Vibro-abrasive machining

Processing of 3D prints and more.

As one of the methods of post-production of prints, we use vibro-abrasive processing. It takes place in a tumbler machine.
The abrasive with a gradation appropriate for the material being processed is placed in the chamber of the machine, and the elements themselves, vibrations and rotation of the chamber set the abrasive in motion, forcing it to contact the elements placed in it.
This type of process is perfect for simultaneous processing of many small objects.

Although we use a machine for processing printed plastic elements, nothing prevents us from giving us our own objects made of other materials.

We are developing to best meet the expectations of our customers.

The use of vibro-abrasive machining allows us to minimize the production time in the case of serial and low-volume orders. Its accuracy and efficiency mean that the order can be ready for shipment even within an hour after printing.
The processed elements are free of any imperfections and the structure characteristic of this production method, the surface becomes even and smooth, which allows for faster transition to further stages, such as varnishing.
